We are proud to say that we have successfully finished our History of Art and Design course here in the Abbey College. Now we definitely know more about significant periods of English history. Also, we have enriched our vocabulary and mastered our artistic skills.
Not only have we improved our English but also made a lot of new friends. A big group of Italian students came on Saturday. We had a lot of amazing activities together. We had a chance to interact and learn something about the culture and mentality of their country.
Every child dreams to be a wizard and we are not an exception! On Thursday we went on a trip to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London where we could experience the magic of filmmaking first-hand. The Harry Potter film series made Leavesden its home for more than ten years. As the books were still being released while the films were being made, the production crew saved many of the iconic sets, props and costumes that were created especially for the films — just in case they were ever needed later on in the series. Set adjacent to the working film studios where all eight Harry Potter films were made, the Studio Tour offers visitors the unique opportunity to explore two soundstages and a backlot filled with original sets, animatronic creatures and breathtaking special effects.

I really liked this trip to the Harry Potter world! It was very interesting and I had so much fun! I tried butterbeer for the first time in my life! If I come to London again, I really want to visit this place again. I bought so many things in the shop. For example, I bought two magic wands for my little sisters. When I come back home, I show them the films about Harry Potter and teach them some magic!

I really enjoyed the trip to the Harry Potter World. I tried to cast a spell to make the broom fly and it worked! Then I drank some butterbeer, it had an unusual taste. I visited the house of Harry Potter on the Privet Drive. At the end of out tour we saw a huge model of the Hogwarts castle, it was amazing!

I really liked this trip, I had so much fun! I really want to go there again. I took so many photos but to feel the atmosphere you have to be there! It’s such a magical place.

I enjoyed this excursion. It was the best moment of our trip to London! Everything was perfect, I loved every set and location. I also tried butterbeer, it was yummy. If I have a chance, I will go there again.

Needless to say that everything has an end and we had to say goodbye to the Abbey College on Saturday. We are sad to leave this place but we hope that we will come back here again one day.
