On April 11th, Centre 1 had the most amazing Easter party!
We kicked off the celebration with a call from the Easter Bunny. She felt sad; she had no eggs and no Easter mood! She asked for Centre 1’s help to collect the eggs and save Easter!
Each station they visited had a special activity, and after we completed them, they earned colorful eggs. It felt so rewarding! First, they decorated some beautiful eggs. Everyone got super creative! After that, they went on a digital egg hunt. It was like a treasure hunt but on a screen! We searched high and low for colorful eggs hidden everywhere and solved some riddles.
Next, they also learned an awesome Easter chant that we all enjoyed saying together. It was a super fun way to celebrate the holiday! In addition to all the fun, they learned some new vocabulary related to Easter. It was neat to expand our word list while having fun!
One of the most exciting parts of the day was the Easter egg race. The students had to balance our eggs on spoons and race to the finish line. It was hilarious to see everyone trying not to drop their eggs.
Centre 1 collected all the eggs, and the Easter Bunny was so happy! She gave them some yummy cookies as a thank you! Overall, our Easter party was a fantastic day filled with laughter, learning, and lots of fun. We can’t wait for next year’s celebration!
