The 7th grade had news casting competition. We had two teams otherwise known as TV stations. Cucumber News and CGS. The students had different roles. Some were bosses, news anchors, correspondents, weather reporters to name a few. They worked together as a team to prepared news reports on Golden section, local, national/regional, international, business and sports news. On 20th April, the teams had a live broadcast of the news items and showed their skills as journalists. By a narrow margin, Cucumber News won the competition. Congratulations to both teams of the 7th grade for a spirited display.
