The 7th grade were graced by a hugely entertaining and informative event last Friday. Golden section was enriched by two distinguished guest speakers, both of whom were parents to children at the school, to talk about their personal careers. The students were not disappointed as the speakers offered their precious advice and their expertise.
It is essential for a prestigious educational institute, like Golden Section, to get their young minds being proactive and forward thinking when it comes to their futures. In this respect, Golden Section went above and beyond by providing the 7th grade with the tools they needed to think thoroughly about their life after school.
Both Mattias Lindgren and Lidia Khatuntsova started off the event with some quickfire questions, before honouring the audience with a presentation about their work and the skills needed to excel to their certain fields. Both speakers championed the importance of English in their careers, which was fitting, seeing as the whole event was orchestrated in the English language. It is safe to say that the parents, the teachers, and the students, who were present, had a fantastic time and everyone is looking forward to the next one.
